The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Resolution "On setting up a Temporary Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate Facts of Violation of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Laws of Ukraine, Adoption of Illegitimate Resolutions by the Officials of Kyiv City State Administration (Executive Body of Kyiv City Council)"

Pursuant to the Resolution, the Temporary Inquiry Panel is to investigate the facts of violation of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Laws of Ukraine, adoption of illegitimate resolutions by the officials of Kyiv City State Administration (executive body of Kyiv City Council). The Temporary Inquiry Panel is to work within three months since the Resolution is adopted.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 4035.
